14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Nudge.Notes Pro or the Shared Plan, contact us within 14 days of your initial subscription payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Monthly subscriptions

After the initial 14-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Annual subscriptions

After the initial 14-day window, annual subscriptions are pro-rated and refunded for the remaining unused full months upon written request, less a 10% administration fee.

Shared Plans

Seat additions are pro-rated on the next invoice. Seat removals reduce the next billing cycle but are not refunded mid-cycle.

Statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction with statutory withdrawal rights, this policy is offered in addition to — not instead of — those rights.

How to request a refund

Email billing@nudge.notes with the email address on your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
