Last updated: 30 June 2026
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaking these rules can result in your account being suspended or terminated.
You may not
- Break the law. Don't use Nudge.Notes for anything illegal in your jurisdiction or in ours.
- Harass or abuse others. No threats, hate speech, doxxing, or targeted harassment of other users — including inside shared groups.
- Post harmful content. No child sexual abuse material, no content that incites violence, no sharing of other people's private information without consent.
- Send spam. No unsolicited bulk messages via task messages, comments, or invites.
- Distribute malware. No uploading viruses, trojans, ransomware, or links to malicious sites.
- Scrape or crawl. No automated extraction of data you do not own, no scraping other users' content, no use of the public API beyond documented rate limits.
- Probe security. No unauthorised penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or attempts to access another account or group. Report issues via the contact below — we welcome responsible disclosure.
- Abuse infrastructure. No denial-of-service attacks, no excessive load designed to degrade the service, no circumventing rate limits.
- Misrepresent identity. No impersonating other users, our staff, or third parties.
- Resell or sublicense. No reselling the service, no white-labelling, no creating competing products from our service without written permission.
- Create fake or automated accounts. One person, one account, unless you have a legitimate multi-account use case approved by us.
- Misuse trial or comp codes. No sharing, reselling, or systematically generating redemption codes.
Reporting abuse
If you see content or behaviour that violates this policy, contact us at privacy@nudge-notes.app. Include enough detail (task IDs, group names, screenshots) so we can investigate.
Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice: remove content, suspend access, terminate accounts, or report activity to law enforcement. Where reasonable we will give notice and a chance to remedy first; serious violations are actioned immediately.
